LEGAL
These terms apply to your use of iragni.com and the AI assistant on it. They do not replace the signed agreement that governs a paid engagement — where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
You may browse the site, view the demo websites and contact us. You must not use the site in a way that is unlawful, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system or data, that interferes with other visitors, or that places an unreasonable load on our servers. We may block traffic that does.
Sending an enquiry, receiving a reply or being given an indicative price does not create a contract. A project starts only when both sides sign a written agreement (or accept a written proposal) and any agreed deposit has cleared.
Websites, AI assistants, CRM systems and hosting are delivered under a separate service agreement that sets out scope, fees, timescales, ownership of the finished work, support and cancellation. Our standard hosting and support terms are available on request.
The site's design, text, illustrations, code and the "Iragni" name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to the site and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not copy, republish or resell substantial parts of it without written permission.
The demo websites are illustrative templates. Businesses, names, reviews, prices and contact details shown in them are fictional and are not real offers or endorsements.
Ira is an automated assistant, not a person. Replies are generated by a third-party AI model and can be incomplete or wrong — please check anything important with us directly before relying on it. Don't send passwords, card numbers, verification codes or other sensitive information. Conversations are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Where we link to third-party sites (for example client projects or tools), we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
We aim to keep the site available, but we may suspend it for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. The site is provided "as is" and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability in connection with free use of this site is limited to £100.
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
