This notice explains what personal data Iragni ("we", "us") collects through iragni.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the website, the enquiry form and the AI assistant ("Ira").

1. Who we are

Iragni is the trading name of the web development and AI studio behind iragni.com. For anything in this notice — including any request about your data — contact us at agent@iragni.com or on +44 7951 330311. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

What	Where it comes from
Enquiry details — name, email address, company, phone number and anything you write in the message field.	The enquiry form on the home page or /contact/.
Chat details — the name, email, phone and company you give before starting a chat, plus the transcript of the conversation.	The AI assistant on this site.
Technical data — a truncated IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited, the site that referred you and the time of the visit.	Our own server logs and analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Client account data — contact details, project notes and messages, if you become a client and use the client portal.	You, and the work we do together.

We do not ask for, and do not want, special category data (for example health information) or payment card details through this website. Please don't send those through the chat.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To answer your enquiry and quote for work — legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry), and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
To deliver services to clients — performance of our contract with you.
To keep the site secure and working (rate limiting, spam prevention, session cookies) — legitimate interests in protecting the service.
To measure site traffic — your consent, given through the cookie banner. Decline and no analytics cookies are set.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

4. Cookies and similar storage

We keep this to a minimum:

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit. Blocking essential cookies may stop forms or the client portal from working.

5. The AI assistant

Messages you send to Ira are processed by our own chat platform and passed to a third-party AI model provider so that a reply can be generated. The transcript, and the contact details you gave before the chat, are stored in our CRM so a person can follow up. Please don't share passwords, card numbers, verification codes or other sensitive information with the assistant. Conversations may be reviewed for quality and to improve the service.

6. Who we share it with

Hosting — our website and database run on a server in the European Union.
Email delivery — to send and receive the messages you and we exchange.
AI model provider — to generate assistant replies, as described above.
Professional advisers — accountants or lawyers, where needed.

We never sell personal data, and we don't share it for advertising. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses).

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects — up to 24 months.
Chat transcripts — up to 12 months.
Client and accounting records — up to 6 years after the end of the financial year, as tax law requires.
Analytics — up to 26 months.

After that we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

tell you what data we hold about you (access),
correct anything wrong (rectification),
delete it (erasure),
restrict or object to how we use it,
give you a copy in a portable format,
withdraw consent for analytics at any time.

Email agent@iragni.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, administrative areas are password-protected and rate-limited, and access to data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect — if we ever became aware of a breach affecting your rights, we would tell you and the ICO as the law requires.

10. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
